14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of your FastTrax purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date, for any reason.
To request a refund, email support@fasttraxapp.com with:
- The email address used at purchase
- Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
03 — Regulatory noteConsumer Protection Laws
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all FastTrax purchases. Paddle may be required by applicable consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions (including the EU, UK, and Australia) to offer remedies independent of this policy. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable local law.
04 — Tech support firstHaving Issues?
Before assuming the software won't work for you, please reach out. Many issues are resolved quickly. Email support@fasttraxapp.com with your macOS version and a description of the problem.
05 — UpgradesStarter → Pro Upgrades
If you purchased FastTrax Starter and want to upgrade to Pro, you pay only the difference in price between the two tiers — not the full Pro price. Your existing purchase is credited in full toward the upgrade.
For example: if Starter is $199 and Pro is $299, your upgrade price is $100. You never pay twice for what you already own.
- Upgrade pricing is available at any time after your Starter purchase
- The credit applies to the version of Pro current at the time of your upgrade
- Upgrade purchases are also covered by the 14-day refund window
